EU data residency
All data is stored and processed within the European Union. Your property records, financial data, and personal information do not leave the EU.

Each user's data is completely separated. There is no way for one account to access another's properties, bank connections, or financial records.
Permission-based access
Every user only sees what they need. Tenants see their own lease and bills. Property owners see their own portfolio. No one gets blanket access.
